John C. Austin, John and Donald Parkinson, and Albert C. Martin were the architects who worked on Los Angeles City Hall (constructed 1926-1928). Herman Sachs, Austin Whittlesey, and Anthony Heinsbergen were included in the project to provide the interior decorations of the floors, walls, and ceilings.
